In a few short weeks, Summer, also known as Swimsuit Season, will officially begin. For many women, the act of picking out a swimsuit can be stressful and result in body image issues. In the summer, it is especially important to wear sunscreen and to do your best to avoid direct UVA and UVB rays to lessen the chance for hyperpigmentation. Wearing a hat that shields your breasts from the sun is also suggested and, as far as going swimming is concerned, you should wait until you have been given the OK from your plastic surgeon.
